Does a car have to BRAND new to receive an Auto Manufacturer’s Cash Back Rebate?
I know this sounds dumb but I want to purchase a 2006 Jeep Liberty… I found one with 11,000 miles on it and $16,000… can I still get the rebate of $5000.00 for this vehicle or does it literally have to be brand new?
What is a dealer demonstrator and how would I know?

You bought a used car. There are no rebates on used cars. Basically you are asking the manufacturer to pay the rebate twice.
That’s like buying a computer at a garage sale and then wanting to get the rebates mailed to you from Compaq.
